I'm currently pursuing BBA, from NMIMS. I would have an years gap due to not being able to clear my exams. I would just have lectures worth 60 hours and I would I like to pursue a diploma in that year. I am interested in the fields of marketing and PR and would like enquire about the same.I would like to know credible diploma full or half time courses that add value to my future pursuits.

Diploma courses in engineering are generally offered after class 10th. They are more hands on and involve practical training as the end purpose of these courses is a job as a technician or the factory personnel who is involved with the machinery or process at the ground level. Most of these courses are offered by many engineering institutes and the admissions are restricted state to state. Diploma courses are three years in duration and if a student wants to complete an engineering degree after a diploma, they can opt for lateral entry which allows them them to start from the second year of engineering.
Degree courses are the ones that end up generally with a Bachelor's in Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor's in engineering which is B.E. These are generally for students after class 12. Admissions are generally through entrance exams like JEE Main, JEE Advanced, BITSAT, VITEEE etc. Students who pass these courses are get to be engineers and start their careers at the basic management levels.
It is advisable to take one course at a time, would recommend to go for a B.E or B.tech degree.
Students who do not wish to go for Degree can choose the following Courses after 10th :
Diploma in Engineering - 2yrs
Diploma Courses in Interior Design, Stenography, Beautician & Hair Dressing, Farm Management etc - 2/3 yrs
Medical Laboratory Technician Certificate Course - 2yrs
ITI (Fitter, Welder, Machinist, Stenographer, Diesel mechanic, etc) - 2yrs
Army-Navy-Air Force for Airmen, Navik, Soldier
Certified Building Supervisor - 8mnths or 1yr
Diploma in Dance/Music - 2yrs
Other Government bank Insurance/clerical grade exam Railway Ticket Collector Art Teacher Diploma - 2yrs
Police Exam for ConstableÂ

Students who do not wish to go for Degree can choose the following Courses after 10th :
Diploma in Travel & Tourism - 2yrs

Student who are average in Study and Find very hard to clear any Exam in any stream so they can go into Hotel management course Stream. Where an Average student is Likely to Become a managers of the companies if they work With Efficiency and Effectiveness so that kind of growth and Opportunity they get in hotel management
