Macros to achieve more productivity in less timeframe,
Auto dashboards using advanced excel,
Hunting Errors using nested formula loops,
Audit tracker automation using macros,
Collation of mass database (MIS) on weekly basis as well as creation of new reports with respect to RAW dump,
Implement new MIS reports as per suggested process from Clients in team,
Involve in segregation of data and cascading to team members as per requirement,
Monitor the activities which drives productivity and analysis and measure the core activities with quality,
Handle and manage with the time frame,
Audits for production done for team members, Process Metrics data,
Automating process and the One on One reviews to measure individual performance,
Prepare the following efficiently:
WTD and MTD reports; ETR report,
Dashboard and Summary reports,
Cascading information pertaining to process (If any),
Processed data post successive attempts from CWMG to proceed for next attempt,
Template creation to ease process communication drafts.
