I am a B.Com graduate, so can I become a Pilot, even if we have not studied Maths or physics?

Physics and Maths are compulsory in 10+2 for Pilot Exams. Although a commerce or arts student can still take these subjects and give exam in open university and then go for pilot exams.

Yes you can give 12th physics and Maths subject exams in The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) where exams are conducted quarterly, so you can go to their site and choose a date.
